What ProcureTours is
ProcureTours provides sourcing-trip coordination and buyer support services for US buyers traveling to China. This includes sourcing-trip planning, supplier coordination, factory-visit support, bilingual meeting support, trade fair preparation, and post-trip supplier follow-up.
What ProcureTours is not
ProcureTours is not a travel agency, customs broker, freight forwarder, legal advisor, immigration or visa advisor, accounting firm, or licensed inspection laboratory. We do not provide regulated professional advice. Where regulated services are required, you are responsible for engaging a licensed professional.
What service fees include
Our service fees cover sourcing-trip planning, supplier coordination, factory-visit support, bilingual meeting support, trip reporting, and follow-up communication as specified in your scope of work.
What is not included
Unless explicitly stated in writing, ProcureTours service fees do not include flights, hotels, visas, meals, ground transportation, trade-fair tickets, samples, shipping, customs duties, taxes, inspection lab fees, or any third-party provider costs. These are paid directly by the client.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for final supplier decisions, purchase orders, contracts, and payments to suppliers. You are also responsible for verifying supplier credentials, negotiating commercial terms, and complying with import, customs, legal, tax, and regulatory obligations that apply to your business. Use licensed professionals when required.
No guarantees
We work in good faith to plan productive trips and effective supplier introductions, but ProcureTours does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, customs clearance, visa approval, delivery timelines, or legal or regulatory compliance.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms are set in the individual scope agreement for your engagement. The booking form on this website is a request, not a contract. No services are confirmed and no payment is collected until scope is agreed in writing.
